I said I wouldn't turn commenting off, but my blog isn't a place for slanging matches between commenters who don't know each other.

After re-publishing the blog sans comments last night my computer had a spack attack, would almost finish loading and then restart itself grrrrr. After much safe-moding and mucking around I finally tracked it down this morning to a corrupted USB printer driver.

Once I fixed that I wandered over and helped some friends move house. It cemented for me that moving house isn't something I want to do on a whim (not that these folks are doing it on a whim). I think I still have unpacked boxes in my shed from my last move about 8-9 years ago!

Got home late afternoon, fluffed around having a coffee and not doing much, then realised I hadn't done the grocery shopping and the hungry hordes (aka the children) will be here next week! Mad dash off to the shops at 4.15 to fill the pantry.

I think I'll go flop on the couch with the paper.
