Picked the first ripe mango yesterday.
Well I didn't really pick it as it had falled on the ground.
Today I discovered 4 of the 9 mangoes on the tree have disappeared - fruit thieves :(
I don't mind if they pick fruit that is hanging over the fence, but none of these four fruit were on the other side of the fence, and one in particular would have required the person to be in my yard grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Almost enough to make me put a sign on the fence warning that the tree has been sprayed with some horrible chemical :(
My son and I will be eating mango tomorrow, I wonder who else is.

have you filed a missing mango report yet?
hehehe no - though the lady across the road thinks she knows who did it; she ran over to tell me on Monday (it was a holiday here so I was home) they had just walked down the street. Don't know what she expected me to do, it's not as if I'd confront them with my whole 50kg of me against about 6 of them!
