Something weird is going on tonight.
For the last hour and a half (it's now 10pm) there has been a flock of black parrots flying around squawking their heads off.
It's forecast to rain tonight, and black parrots are meant to be a sign of rain, so that's not so unusual, but I can't recall ever hearing them at night before.
It's kinda weird and eerie.

It sometimes catches me off guard how a half a planet away we can have such similarities and yet such differences.
Up here, the only time we see parrots is in small bird cage.
I am trying to imagine them as flock birds....
