I sit here tonight smack bang in the middle of the chasm that is a winter child-free weekend.

Yes, weekends have again become a chasm of in-betweenness in which I find myself with nothing to do/nothing that I want to do. I just kinda fluff around doing nothing waiting for the weekend to end and the time that I become 'useful' begins again (aka be a mum and employee).

No Gardening
We finally have rain, so it means gardening is off the activities list.

I do have a dripping shower, so I really should fix that tomorrow. I hope I can do it myself this time and not have to get the plumber in (mind you if I do that he could fix the kitchen tap too).

Bali Hut
Plans for the bali hut have been tossed aside as the space is not big enough for such a solid/imposing structure. I'll go with shade sails I think.


Have noted - with only a modicum of interest/curiosity - that A Certain Person came visiting my (other) blogs about a week ago.
